What about redeeming my Groupon during a sale?
From time to time we offer sales on our custom sofas and sectionals. If you are ready to buy your sofa or sectional during this sale period, you may either use your Groupon OR take the sale price, whichever gives you the lowest final price. Depending on what you are purchasing, it may be better to use the Groupon or to take the sale price. Your showroom designer can help you decide which works best for you.
If you decide to take the sale price, we will also redeem your Groupon(s) for the price you paid for it (not the $200 Groupon face value) and deduct that from your final cost as well. Either way, you are assured to get the lowest price available on our custom sofas and sectionals. Groupon rules and Groupon "Fine Print" do not allow using Groupon coupons in conjunction with special offers or sale pricing. Refer to your Groupon, Groupon FAQ's, or our showroom staff for more information.
How many Groupons can be used in a single purchase?
You can use one Groupon for each piece of a custom order, up to a total of three pieces (and three Groupons). They can be used on both sofas and sectionals.
For Example: Make a three piece sectional and use THREE Groupons. Buy a Sofa and a matching Love Seat and use TWO Groupons. Buy just a single custom sofa and use only ONE Groupon. Buy a two piece sectional and use TWO Groupons.
Do the Groupons combine with a sale item?
No. Per the Groupon rules and the "Fine Print" for all Groupons, sale items are not included.
How long do they last?
Groupons are valid for 90 days. All San Francisco and Dallas Showroom Groupons must be used by October 18th, 2011.
How does Groupon work?
Groupon is an opt-in email service that sends special offers to its subscribers from local businesses that are willing to give an extra special discount for just Groupon members. You purchase the special Groupon voucher on their website by clicking on the offers you like. You then have a limited amount of time to go and redeem that Groupon at the merchants store.

Universal Fine Print and Deal FAQ
Universal Fine Print
These are the universal restrictions that apply to every Groupon (unless specifically contradicted in the deal's fine print):
- Not valid for cash back (unless required by law).
- Must use in one visit.
- Doesn't cover tax or gratuity.
- Can't be combined with other offers.
Restaurant Groupons are valid toward alcohol unless the fine print states otherwise.
Below are the most frequently asked questions we receive about deals featured on Groupon. Unless stated otherwise in The Fine Print section of the deal, these answers apply to all deals on Groupon.
How long do I have to wait to use my Groupon once I've purchased it?
You can use most Groupons the day after you purchase them - our featured businesses typically request we hold back the masses on the first day while they see to the phones. Groupon Now!T Groupons are specifically for same day use.
You can print your Groupon as soon as your order is processed, which typically happens a few minutes after placing your order, but can occasionally take up to a few hours if we're really busy. We'll email you as soon as your Groupon is ready.
Can I give this Groupon as a gift?
Yes - you can give your Groupon to whomever you want, or use the gifting options to email or print it for a friend. Don't worry if your name is on the Groupon you are gifting-as long as the number hasn't been used yet, your friend won't have a problem using it.
The fine print says "Limit 1 per person" and "May buy multiples as gifts." Can I buy myself some Groupons as gifts to myself and use more than one?
No. If the fine print says this, you can only redeem one. If you buy more than one then you have to give them away as gifts to other people.
